In order to avoid “over-cancelling”, the decision may to be proceed with scheduled activities, even when inclement weather may be expected. When it is determined that games are “on as scheduled”, each team must show up at the field. The Umpire will then make the decision at the field prior to or during the game if it needs to be delayed, suspended, or cancelled.
If it is determined that the games are on as scheduled, any team not at the field, on time, and ready to play will face a forfeit
While rain can be uncomfortable to play in, activities will be immediately suspended if lightening is spotted.
Teams may choose to wait 15 minutes and resume activities if no additional lightening is spotted or they may choose to cancel for the remainder of the session.

If games are cancelled, they may or may not be rescheduled depending on the circumstances and timing in the season.
If games are cancelled due to weather, so are the concession stand shifts. Volunteers should select new shifts to complete their required volunteer hours.
